An outdated and dilapidated building, the former IMP building, was renovated into a multi-tenant office building. We wanted to give the building a new life while still maintaining its industrial character. The building was reclad in metal and an entrance canopy was added to provide a distinct identity. Our scope of work included a complete overhaul of the building envelope, walls, roof and windows. Additionally, we completed the interior fit-up for the main tenant, Telelink.
